- You have not downloaded substantial course materials
- You provide the email used for the purchase
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT provided if:
- The request is made after 7 days
- You completed a significant portion of the course
- You downloaded the workbooks or resources
- You claim lack of results or lack of time
